Attorney Grafton Discusses Frequently Asked USCIS ELIS Account Questions
Hi everybody this is Rebecca & John at Fay & Grafton. We are doing a quick video to show you how to log into your USCIS ELIS account. Once we’ve prepared your I-90, your N-400 or your N-600 we are going to ask you to sign in with your passcodes and then you can review your document and we’ll go through the questions with you.
So, you’ve already gone through the process of creating an ELIS account, logging in & verifying (there is a 2-factor autentication process) your account. We’ve already done that so now this screen that is asking us what we want to do. So we are going to log into a USSCIS service, to my USCIS.
Click that you are an applicant petitioner or requestor, hit submit. Once you get to the next screen, go to the upper right hand side where it says ‘My Account’ in the dropdown, and then it drops down and there’s a place where it says ‘Enter a representtive passcode’. Click on that and then it will ask for the passcode that we gave you. When you enter your passcode into that box and hit submit and continue, your applications will come up so you can go ahead and sign them.
If you have any other questions you can always give us a call or reach out to us by email or text.
